Firearm Safety Rules are something that anyone who carries a firearm should NOT forget.  However, carelessness by some people leads to accidents.  Watch as this law enforcement officer forgets one of the primary safety rules.  It almost results with her partner or the suspect getting shot.

Traffic Stop Protocol

Some states not require mandatory announcement when a person is legally armed.  If stopped for speeding or some other reason, the legally armed citizen must announce to the officer that they are legally armed.  Not every state requires this notification but, here is a video that offers information and direction on this area.
