Murder Charge Against A
TN Handgun Permit Holder
A man in Winchester has been charged with first-degree murder, after allegedly killing someone over a woman.

On Wednesday evening, police arrested Gregory Morris Booton. He's accused of shooting Jon Franklin Tucker multiple times, who later died from his injuries.

Booton is a licensed gun holder and has a handgun carry permit.

According to Winchester Police, the two men had been fighting over a female friend. The woman was not present at the time.

Police investigated the incident throughout the night, and expect to release more details as the investigation continues.
