Handgun Permit Holders
In Restaurants That Sell Alcohol

This proposal would allow Tennessee Handgun Permit Holders & CCW Holders from other states, to go into a restaurant that sells alcohol for consumption on the restaurant premises. 

The leaglly armed person cannot drink while in the resturant if they are carrying their handgun.
