1st Section lists all the states that honor the new Pennsylvania Firearms License. It tells you the type of carry allowed in each state [concealed, open, or both], and the rules and regulations when you carry your hangun into any of these states.

2nd Section lists the states that do not honor the Pennsylvania Firearms License. It tells how to transport your handgun in each state. How to advise a law enforcement officer you are legally armed [some states that honor Pennsylvania have this provision in their law]. Pennsylvania codes and restrictions are also included.
