Pennsylvania Carry Up-date

In January 2013, a male who held a PA CCW, was arrested because he had a firearm on school property.  PA law stipulates that a firearm may be carried for "other lawful purposes".  He was not arrested until three weeks passed, and after the PA Court issued a ruling that "other lawful purposes" did not apply to his situation.  We will monitor this until more information is available.

Anyone who is authorized to carry in Pennsylvania, resident or non-resident, should not carry on any school property until more is available on this incident, or about the court ruling.
