If you have been issued a Virginia California Concealed Firearms License, you are legal to carry a pistol in fifteen additional (15) state

- The regulatory state agency with name, address, and telphone #.
The 2nd section lists the states that don't currently honor the California CFL. It tells how to transport your pistol in each state and, if a state has an 'open' carry law. The laws and regulations about carrying in California are also included.
