The I.D. Pouch comes with a cord if you want to wear it around your neck.
It has a belt loop on the back if you want to wear it on your belt.
 It has Velcro on both sides of the front flap so when you don't want it seen, just fold it up.

The reflector material allows you to be seen immediately when you want to show your Alabama Pistol Permit.
This is very beneficial if you have a self-defense shooting at night when the Law arrives.  You holster your gun if it is safe, and keep your hands up.  Keep the reflector material towards the officer.  Whatever commands are shouted at you, keep the reflector material in the direction of the officer.
