If you are a retired Law Enforcement Officer who wants to be certified under L.E.O.S.A., and you live in the state of Tennessee, you can now qualify under this law.  It does not require you to have served your time of duty in Tennessee.  If you moved here from another state you can be qualified here.

Warren Smith is currently the only civilian who has been certified as a L.O.S.A. instructor by the P.O.S.T. Commission in Tennessee.  Warren is a retired Law Enforcement Officer.
