"Refresher" Training Course

We have been asked to hold "refresher" courses for individuals who possess a Tennessee Handgun Permit. Some of these individuals have stated that they have not shot their gun since their original permit qualification [as long as two or three years]. It is important for anyone who is legally armed to "refresh" and improve their shooting skills, be updated on the law, and to expose themselves to additional self-defense techniques. This course will do just that. It is intended to assist permit holders who are not as proficient with their carry gun or self-defense shooting techniques, as they feel they should be. Don't wait until it is too late. We want as many permit holders to have the opportunity to attend this one (1) day course. This course is only open to individuals who possess a valid Tennessee Handgun Permit or Kentucky CCDW license. Any Tennessee Handgun Permit Holder who also desires to be "certified" to carry impact weapons, will have the opportunity to receive the requirements at this class. Requirements for this course are:

200 rounds of ammunition, extra magazine, "carry" gun & holster, cap with a visor, sun protection ointment & sunglasses [if necessary], eye & ear protection, suitable clothing.

Cost for this one (1) day course is $ 100 single or $ 175 married couple.

Instructors for this course have been "hand chosen". They are some of the finest and best trained individuals you will meet, and learn with. This is NOT a pressure cooker course. You may face some "stress" but, the intent is that you experience similar feelings that you may face on the "street". It is a learning tool that you need to experience.

With this course, you will:

1: Be brought up to date on current Tennessee Law.

2: Brought up to date on all States who honor a Tennessee Permit.

3: Shooting techniques, A. Close Quarter B. On the Move C. Behind Barrier, ect.

4: Certificates will be issued to Participants.
